This SHE Reporting Co-ordinator will report to the SHE Reporting & Governance Manager and will work within HSS & Connections based in our Borehamwood office. You will be a permanent employee.

You will attract a salary of £31,426 and a bonus of 3%. This role can also offer blended working after probationary period (6 months) - 3 days in the office and 2 remote

Job Purpose

The primary role of the SHE Reporting Co-ordinator is to process incidents reported in the accident and incident reporting line system (AIRLine). You will ensure that all safety reports received are reviewed, process and where required escalated to the relevant Health and Safety Advisor for review, action, investigation and close out, whilst meeting our regulatory obligations.

Also, you will analyse data, identify emerging trends, and prepare reports for management review.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Manage incoming incidents through the AIRLine database.
  • Undertake external reporting following regulatory frameworks.
  • Provide guidance on reporting of incidents and use of system.
  • Co-ordinate information for incident investigations.
  • Provide monthly reporting and analysis on AIRLine data to management.
  • Prepare reports and statistical trends analysis
  • Provide analytic support to the Reporting and Governance Manager.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills

  • Able to work on own initiative and part of a team to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Strong communicator with organisational skills.
  • An awareness of the health and safety and regulatory reporting requirements
  • General PC literacy.

You will be required to attend all training courses relevant to the role.
