81506 - HR Services Administrator
This HR Services Administrator will report to the HR Services Team Leader and will work within the Human Resources directorate based in either our Crawley or Maidstone office. You will be a permanent employee.
You will attract a salary of Circa £29,000.00 - depending on experience and a bonus of 7.5%. This role can also offer blended working after probationary period (6 months) - 3 days in the office and 2 remote.

PLEASE NOTE – If you are wanting to be based at our Maidstone site, please be advised that you would need to be a car driver as there is no public transport that stops close to our Bircholt Road offices.

Job purpose
You will perform the daily HR Services tasks, ensuring provision quality administration and advice.
Dimensions:
No direct reports – works in a team of up to 6 members.
No FAL Level
Principal accountabilities:
- You will perform the day-to-day HR Services tasks in an accurate and efficient way.
- Ensure that any specific responsibilities given are managed and completed competently.
- Contribute in implementing improvements on SAP system, automation and working practices.
- Ensure SLA and audit targets are complied with.
- Manage projects that you are allocated.
- You will observe all GDPR and all HR Services processes
Nature and scope:
To include:
- You will perform all daily activities of the team, referring issues to the HR Services Team Leader when direction/advice is required, but ensuring that any potential serious issues are communicated without delay.
- Advise and assist employees, business managers and wider HR Team with queries on HR Services policies e.g. Maternity, Flexible working.
- Ability to work to deadlines such as payroll close, and team service level agreement.
- Maintain accuracy following the team auditing process, contributing to the objective of 1%> inputting errors
- Ensure that any specific responsibilities you are given are accurately carried out.
- You will partake in regular meetings with Team Leader and attend and contribute to Team Briefs
- Build supportive relationships with team members and other wider HR personnel to facilitate “One HR” initiative.
- Help with the identification and facilitation of improvements to processes.
- Help test all new processes
- To support with the reconciliation and processing of invoices relating to our HR team.
- To support our commitment to providing excellent customer service by submitting details of customer interactions for the weekly customer survey.
Qualifications:
- Willingness to take responsibility and assume ownership
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while handling multiple tasks
- Work collaboratively in a team and on own initiative
- Concise and accurate written style, and good verbal communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel
- Evidence of administration experience preferably HR or Payroll
- Desirable CIPD Level 3 or willingness to study towards.
