This Connection Co-ordinator will report to Connection Services Team Leader and will work within Connection Services based in our Bidder Street office. You will be permanent employee.

 

You will attract a salary of £36,361 per annum, plus Inner London allowance £5, 723.57 and non-canteen allowance of £311 per annum and a bonus of 3%.

Job Purpose:

Connections Services arranges new electrical connections or alterations to existing electrical services to Domestic or Commercial properties. The role of a Connections Coordinator exists to provide a managed experience for our Customers throughout the life cycle of a Connection Services job. You will learn to Raise, Quote & Schedule every aspect of the journey whilst providing excellent Customer Service. Dimensions:

  • To safely schedule staff (direct and contractors) for the London Region.

  • Achieve full utilisation of the resources and updating scheduling tools

  • Operate work management tools (SAP and SAP CRM, Smart Quote) and PC systems to help plan, issuing and completion of work

  • Raise and process purchase orders using SAP for our contractors

  • Generation of management reports.

  • Provide regular feedback to the Engineers and Area Managers.

  • Take and resolve telephone queries from internal and external customers.

  • Communicate with other Directorates to ensure effective working at the Regional Office.

  • Take ownership of and help investigate customer complaints.

  • Record and co-ordinate Electricity Guaranteed Standards and GSOP Standards.

  • Partner with contactors to ensure compliance with NRSWA.

  • To work as a team with other Business Services Administrators, Field Engineers to ensure staff are scheduled and utilised

 

Qualifications:

  • Work as part of a team.

  • Experience in a similar customer-focused environment

  • Excellent customer service

  • Administrative experience within an office environment

  • Good telephone skills.

  • Good level PC literacy, and use a variety of systems with fast and accurate keyboard skills.

  • Team working – The guide and ability to work co-operatively with others to achieve shared goals and improve the contribution of all members of the team.

  • Flexible attitude to work and working hours.
